I work with a great team at Xerox. Every day we rally around the same goal – to deliver high-quality products and solutions that satisfy the needs of resellers and help them better serve their customers. So it’s a good – no, great – day when we hear back from resellers that our commitment is helping them grow their business.
Earlier this week we celebrated that Xerox was recognized for “Outstanding Achievement” and “Overall Winner” in both the multifunction printer and workgroup color printers categories of CRN Magazine, a leading industry publication and website for value-added resellers, solution providers and other channel professionals.
Winning the CRN Annual Report Card is special because it represents the opinion of our solutions providers who gave Xerox top scores for support and partnership, surpassing all competitors.
I’m sure this year’s vote of confidence is motivated by our partner community’s endorsement of print services like Xerox eConcierge supplies program and PagePack 3.0 managed print services tools. We realize partners are making critical changes in their business to capture and maximize recurring revenue and help their customers get the most out of their printing assets.
