The site is popular with SMB customers in particular, who rely on Shop Xerox for everything from supplies replenishment to selecting productivity boosting hardware devices.
Fans of the site will be pleased to find the same level of selection with a wholly improved customer experience, which begins with its mobile responsiveness. SMBs can now enjoy the full desktop experience on their smartphone or tablet.
The redesign also makes the now fully mobile responsive site easier to navigate and streamlines the purchasing process. This is especially good news for customers who routinely use Shop Xerox to buy their Xerox Genuine Supplies.
