Important because printers and multifunction printers (MFPs) can help smaller businesses attract more customers, increase the efficiency of workers, or even save money.

With reduced consumer spending, there are more small business firms vying for available sales according to the NFIB Small Business Report. Your small business needs to standout, be recognized and remembered. That’s one reason “Color Matters”, says Jill Morton, Color Psychologist and Branding Expert. From there you can access your documents remotely instead of standing at the filing cabinet at the office. Or search all your files like you search on Google®.
